As early as the middle of the year, CORONA Serwis will offer two more tablets for hazardous areas from German manufacturer i.safe MOBILE. The devices will be designed for work in zone 1/21.

Two tablet models designed for work in zone 1/21 are another novelty in the CORONA Serwis catalog. The devices will be available in the middle of next year.

Our German partner i.safe MOBILE is not slowing down in adapting its offer to increasingly demanding technological processes, constantly expanding its catalog with more and more modern models of its devices. Thanks to our close cooperation, all these devices are also available to Polish entrepreneurs.

Android or Windows – the choice is yours!

The new devices are the Android-supported IS940.1 tablet and the Windows-based IS945.1!

With two alternative operating systems (Android and Windows), users get data tablets for the 1/21 hazardous area that can be integrated into existing systems and plant infrastructure via 4G/5G or WIFI 6 networks.

In addition, these two low-power versions of the tablets feature the powerful QCM6490 chipset from Qualcomm® Technologies, Inc. The chipset is optimized for IIoT. In addition, the tablets feature a crisp 10.1-inch full HD display and a 16-pin ISM interface for securely connecting external modules.

Robust design, light weight and ease of use are other advantages of the new models. The manufacturer has also provided support for Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC and customizable buttons. A powerful, replaceable battery and rear and front cameras complete the feature package.

In addition, these hazardous area tablets will be the first in the world to have charging capabilities in a hazardous area. This is an absolute opening to new application possibilities.
