The ARMADEX Ex-M OZC 2 camera is a unique explosion-proof device, distinguished by its 5x optical zoom capability. Developed for operation in ATEX Zone 2 (gas), the camera combines a compact form factor with rugged construction, resistant to drops from heights of up to 2.1 meters, splash protection (IP66), frost resistance to -10 degrees Celsius and dustproof.

Surprisingly lightweight – just 246 grams, including battery and housing – the camera is ideal for harsh outdoor conditions. With its wide-angle optical zoom lens, it guarantees exceptionally clear images. The advanced MovieSR+ software provides stabilized photos and videos. On a fully charged battery, about 340 pictures can be taken in automatic mode. And fast and secure file transfer is made possible by the USB-C (Type 3) connector.
The OZC 2 is specially designed for precise close-up photography of elements such as microchips. In addition, the digital microscope mode allows you to take photos of objects from 1 cm away. With a combination of 5x optical zoom and 8.1x digital zoom (total zoom of 40.5x), the OZC 2 captures the finest details of any object. Advanced software guarantees excellent performance even in low-light conditions. In addition, the OZC 2 camera features a 6-diode ring flash, which is important considering the requirements of the ATEX directive, which precludes the use of xenon flash in ATEX cameras.
